Kyebi Traditional Council On Alleged Galamsey Operation Behind Akuffo Addo's Wall

  Just recently Professor Frimpong Boateng clearly asserted in a statement that there's an ongoing illegal mining activity taking place just behind the fence wall of His Excellency Nana Akuffo Addo's house in Kyebi. This allegation surprised Ghanaians due to the condemnation the President himself has made about illegal mining. The press followed the case for detailed information.   The founder and leader of the Liberal Party Of Ghana(LPG) has recently talked about the importation of goods from foreign countries into the Ghanaian market. According to him, his time in office as the President of Ghana will bring about absolute banning of certain goods from entering our system. Talking about this, he mentioned that the massive losses and economic crisis facing Ghana mainly result from the excessive importation of goods. He attributed the crisis to those importation because people use huge amount of money to go out there and get the goods. That results in the gradual dissipation of the money circulating in the country. He declared that certain goods like rice and chicken would be banned completely. La Residents Express Their Displeasure Over The Inability Of Government To Rebuild Hospital After Demolition

The La government hospital has been pulled down since 2019 for a significant renovation and expansion. As at now in 2023, this intention of the government to improve upon the quality healthcare of the people of La is still an issue far from reality. In the thick of this disheartening condition, the residents of La have expressed their extreme anger and displeasure over the government's inability to make that dream a reality for over three years although they were promised to have their hospital back after two years.  Speaking with Citi TV, one lady shared a sad story when her mother died due to poor healthcare at their end. They had to drive her sick mother to a hospital at a distant location. At a long run, the mother died.   For her, the mother would survive if they had even a makeshift hospital at their end.
